Dear Ochsner Eye Patients,

We hope that you and your families have fared well since the Covid-19 pandemic began. We appreciate your patience with us during the last few months as we have been busily rescheduling missed appointments and adjusting to our new normal here at the office.

In our effort to keep our patients and staff safe, we appreciate you following these guidelines when you visit the office:
Please be patient and answer our prescreening questions at each visit.

You will need to have your temperature checked before entering the office. If your temperature is above 100.4 degrees you will be rescheduled.

If you have any flu-like symptoms or respiratory issues the day of your appointment, please call to reschedule.

If you have been exposed to a person who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the two weeks prior to your appointment, please call to reschedule.

Only one visitor may accompany you to your appointment.

Do not arrive early for your appointment.

Wear a mask or face covering over your mouth and nose while in the office.
